Michigan Sugar Company's granulated sugar is available in many sizes. Our industrial sized bags are multi-wall. We offer tote bags (or super-sacks), in a multitude of sizes ranging from 1,500 lbs. to 2,600 lbs. Customize your totes to your batch size.
Our retail sizes are packed in shrink wrap baling material. We also offer Display Pallets that enable the high demand retailer to decrease labor cost and disposal of baling materials.
Michigan Sugar's powdered sugar is available in a 6X, 10X, or 12X consistently. We utilize corn starch in all powdered sugar products to prevent caking.
We also offer Satin Set™ Fondant and Icing Sugar for the bakery trade. Use Satin Set™ when you want superior results in your glazes and icings. The addition of malto dextrin to 12X sugar offers a product that retains moisture and wets out faster.
Our golden and dark brown sugar results from the precise blending of our 99+% pure granulated sugar and a pre-measured amount of molasses. It is a combination that produces a brown sugar that meets your demand for color, consistency, and taste.
