Ingredients
1 pkg. cole slaw mix
1 C slivered almonds
1-1/2 C green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. beef ramen noodles, broken up
1 C sunflower seeds

Dressing:
3/4 C oil
3/4 C Pioneer® Sugar
1/3 C vinegar
2 pkgs. flavoring from the noodles

Directions
In a large bowl, add the Cole slaw mix, almonds, green onions, ramen noodles and sunflower seeds. Toss together until well mixed.

In a small bowl, add oil, Pioneer® Sugar, vinegar and flavoring. Whisk together until the sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over the salad and toss together. Loosely cover and refrigerate overnight or a few hours before serving.

  This was very easy to make; even for someone who can't cook! I would maybe add dried cranberries for a little color.
