Apple Brownies Apple Brownies

Ingredients
2 C flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C butter
1 C Pioneer Sugar
1 C Pioneer Golden Light Brown Sugar
2 eggs
2 T vanilla
1 C apples, peeled and chopped

Topping:
1/4 C Pioneer Sugar
2 T cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam; set aside.

In a sauce pan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter. In mixing bowl add melted butter and beat in Pioneer Golden Light Brown Sugar, Pioneer Sugar, vanilla and eggs in bowl with a wooden spoon. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix. Fold in apples and stir until just combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
